澳門著名結他手，畢業於New York The Collective School of music和北京現代音樂學院。跟隨Sheryl Bailey、Paul Bollenback、Chris BIesterfelft、Costas Baltazanis、Nate Radley、Tommy Ho等國際著名爵士結他手學習。
陳漢聰活躍於爵士音樂界，曾在澳⾨國際⾳樂節、澳⾨爵⼠⾳樂週、廣州爵⼠⾳樂節、深圳爵⼠⾳樂節、橫琴爵⼠⾳樂週、長春爵⼠⾳樂節、嶺南爵⼠⾳樂節、Disney Orchestra (澳⾨站），以及中央電視台製作的「灣區升明⽉」等多個澳門及內地舉行的大型音樂活動中上台獻藝。
